AACK! I'm so proud of this, though it nearly killed me.
The mane, the tail, the facial definition, the almost-nonexistant horn, everything! Also notice that I repositioned the front legs and hooves, plus added an entire new head. Can you tell that the head and body aren't from one image?
I think this is the best mane and tail I've done. Ever.
This is also an entry to *horseland-graphics's manipulation contest- I'm hoping to place!
So basically, the horse is choosing what to do by its own free will, trying to be totally independent, but in truth doesn't really know where to go, and is following the lantern. Make sense?
Anyway, critique on anything is highly appreciated.

This is a very lovely piece! Although when I look at it closely, in reality the cliff is to small.
Your cutting of the horse is amazing, as usual. Although the bottolm of the hooves, around the ankles, look a little odd. Your mane look wonderful, although I think the tail needs a little help. I see how you were making it look like the hair was flying everywhere but maybe too much hair was everywhere. (i hope you know what I mean!)
The lantern sticks out. The lantern image is much brighter and much sharper than your background image. If you feather it down a bit, it would make all the difference.
Overall this is one of your best pieces! I really enjoy looking at this one!
